My professional arc
Talent Development Leader with 20+ years of experience, primarily across the IT and ITES industries; with 14+ years in the Talent Development / L&D space and about 6 years as an HR generalist.
Before moving into independent consulting, led several org wide learning, change & culture oriented programs at Thoughtworks Inc. for 12 years
Led Thoughtworks University, a global program for grad onboarding for 4+ years which included transforming the design & operating model to onboard 300+ grads a year. Created a high performing core team along with structures and processes to sustain an excellent learning experience, in the context of a constantly changing team of internal trainers.
Led the foundational design process of the global capability model which is now widely used at Thoughtworks.
Led the experiment to create the talent development engine for a high value account in Latin America which became the basis of a long running Client Leadership Development Program later
Led several high stakes org wide change programs in the people space including Creating a Cultivation Culture, Revamping the Onboarding & First Year Journey, Redesigning the Performance Management Process, Growth Oriented Staffing and HRBP team transformation & uplift.
Led the Talent Development function and led the team to create meaningful results across the employee development gamut, including leadership development, employee first year experience, capability development and talent business partnership.
Coached and mentored leaders at various levels during the entire Thoughtworks tenure
Extensive experience in designing and facilitating learning & community workshops and journeys
Acted as sponsor and guide for the Diversity & Inclusion function
